We collect contact details, role preferences, resumes, work history, hiring requirements, company information, and messages shared through forms, email, or recruitment conversations. For client invoices and fee payments, we also collect billing details, billing addresses, and payment transaction references.
Online transactions are processed securely through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe). Recruit Me Right does not store, capture, or handle sensitive financial credentials such as full credit/debit card numbers, CVV numbers, net banking passwords, or bank PINs on our servers. All sensitive financial data is processed directly by PCI-compliant payment service providers.
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess candidate-role fit, coordinate hiring conversations, process client invoices and recruitment payments, manage account billing, prevent fraudulent transactions, and comply with applicable legal and statutory requirements.
Candidate profiles and resumes are handled strictly for recruitment purposes and are shared with relevant employers only when appropriate and authorized for an active hiring process.
Employer and client information is used to understand role requirements, manage searches, coordinate candidate feedback, manage service agreements, and issue billing invoices or receipts.
We use essential cookies and session tokens necessary for secure site navigation, account authentication, payment checkout security, and understanding website utilization.
We employ industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, to protect personal details and transaction metadata against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
We retain recruitment information for as long as needed for hiring and candidate support. Transaction history, invoices, and billing records are retained for statutory timeframes required by tax, financial, and legal regulations.
